question on Class C and pop up on same site

We are headed to FW in Febuary. We are traveling with 10 people and want to know if we can put a VERY small pop up along with our Class C (28ft), all on one site. We will not have a tow vehicle to add to our site, just the two campers.. Can it be done?

Yes, I have seen this kind of set up a couple of times. One of them even had a small tent plus another tow vehicle which put them over the official limit but they were there all week set up this way and we never saw anyone say anything.

I would call Ft. Wilderness and check to be sure before you get there.

the answer from Fort Wilderness is NO. dissapointing for us. I really thought we could make it work. The pop up is one of the smallest ones on the market, that is the only reason I thought we could tow it easily and make it fit in the site. So,,, now we work with 10 people on the site in a 28 foot motorhome. I guess we bring a big tent and hope the weather holds out.

this is going to be an interesting trip, to test my patience and organizational skills.. wish me luck.

Why not bring a small tent for sleeping purposes? I believe this is allowed w/ the Class C.
