Question on Characters in the parks

I have a 6year old daughter who really would like to meet Silvermist (the water fairy). We have never had any success meeting her with the other fairies in Toontown. When we asked a cast member at the park, we were told she "was at the water parks". Any idea on where our best chance of meeting Silvermist might be? Thanks for the help!

We saw he last year with Tinkerbell. That is the only place I know her to be.

She is only in Pixie Hollow and is random :\ At WDW when Pixie Hollow first opened there normally was one set of Fairies in the morning and another in the evening.. so if you went once in the morning and once in the evening you would most likely see them all. It wasn't guaranteed but that was normal. It seems to be a lot more random now which is annoying if you are looking for a particular fairy :\ The cast member who said she is at the water parks was misinformed

My suggestion... if you are in the fairies line... when you get to the front... explain to the cast member who is taking people back to see the fairies how much your daughter really wants to meet Silvermist and you keep trying to without success... if she is there that day then the cast member may be able to help you... definitely no guarantee but it is worth trying... the cast members out front where you enter the line won't be able to really help you but the ones taking people from the line to the fairies area may be able to.

Silvermist has never appeared at a water park, to my knowledge - she only appears at Pixie Hollow, and as has been stated, is random.

My guess is that the attendant said Water Park since Silvermist is the Water Fairy... kind of tricky there though.

The schedule is pretty consistent between days (always subject to change).

Tinker Bell is there all day, all the time.

Terrence, Rosetta, and Silvermist are also there all DAY (but trade off with each other so they are not there all the TIME)

Fawn is typically only out during the day (in the trade offs mentioned above)

Iridessa is typically only out in the evening (again, she has trade offs)

the problem is that they can't tell you who's in the room when you get there because it may change by the time you get to the room. if you're lucky, you'll get a final CM who will let you wait if you're willing. i spent an hour once waiting in the shrinking room just to see particular fairies.
