Question on AP..

I bought an AP last year and we went to Universal the end of Oct 2014 and I thought they send you an email to renew it on the day you activated it ( which for me would be Oct 27th) I received no email ,no phone call nothing and nothing came out of my bank what should I do? We are going back and I want to renew it..
 
I believe you have 30 days before or after experation that you can renew. You can do it online or call.
 
You don't need an email to renew it. You can do it online or just call them.
 
Just an FYI - I had to call two years ago to renew because my sons pass had taken so much water ride abuse. I couldn't read all the numbers on his pass to do the online renewal. I called and renewed all 5 of our APs. Extremely easy, great TM and the whole process took less then 5 minutes.
