Question on Alcohol Policy

With the new policy - if there are 4 adults traveling together, can we put our 2 bottles of wine each in the same carry on as long as we are all together going through security? (We usually pack our wine in a small rolling cary on suit case.) We sail in 3 weeks and trying to get a plan for baggage.

It's been reported that, as long as all the people are there (able to be seen by the person checking bottle limits) that they've allowed it all to be carried by one person.

My wife and I traveled together and carried four bottles in the same shoulder carry bag and no one questioned us. Enjoy your cruise.
