Hi, I keep seeing ' Tag-Fairy ' everywhere here. Can somebody tell me whats this all about?

The tag fairy is a fairy that sometimes puts something you write under your title when you post You can tell when the tag fairy strikes because only she can write there in color

If you look under my name you can see I was tagged 3 times.
