Question: Luggage Service at Pop Century

The search is not working and I bet this has already been answered, but I'll ask again.

We will be getting to the PC around 11:30 - 12:00 midnight on a Sunday night. Will there be luggage service to the room?

I'm rather new on here but I should be able to answer your question. Unfortunately Luggage Assistance closes at 10pm on Sunday nights. To get assistance though, when you check in you can ask to use a cart, to move your bags. You might even have a room close to a parking area and may not need assistance. Either way if you decide that you'd like help with your bags, I'm sure someone at the front desk will be happie to help. At least they'd be able to have your bags delivered the following morning. So if you packed an overnight bag that you could take with you to your room with everything you need then you'd be all set. But like I said, just inquire when you get there as to whether someone can take your bags for you.

We are coming in via towncar so I know we will need a cart. I'll just ask for one when we get there. Hey, I'll just throw my sleeping 7 yr old twins on top the luggage heap and off we'll go

Luggage Assistance is available at the Porte Cochere from 7am-10pm Sunday through Thursday, and 7am to Midnight on Friday and Saturday.

During the times in which Luggage Assistance is not open, you may borrow a hand cart from the Front Desk area. If you need someone to help you, that should be available, but it might take a few minutes to get someone.
