What time can I expect to be off ship using express walk off of the Wonder at Vancouver. Trying to arrange car service to airport.

Would you consider the train to the airport?

If not your destination, maybe you can cull enough info from a recent thread.

Just want to give people some insight. Got off Wonder today - May 13th. Left ship at 8:35 AM. Went to pick up luggage, clear customs and walk 5 minutes to Canada Line train station entrance. Purchased tickets to airport at $3.15 CDN per person - yes this is not a typo.

Took train to airport. Checked in, dropped off bags, cleared security and US Customs and into gate area by 10:20 AM this morning.

Hope this helps others sailing on Wonder. Best way to travel and cheap too!

We were nervous to try it the last time we sailed out of Vancouver (opposite direction - airport to cruise terminal). We took a $45 cab instead and met in line with several people that had done the train just fine! We'll definitely try it next time, if we don't have ridiculous quantities of luggage to schlep. You do have to cross the street from the train station to the cruise terminal and navigate to the porters on your own.

No one should worry about crossing the street. There are police there directing traffic and stopping traffic for cruise passengers with loads of luggage.

We were 4 people
And we had 7 roller bags between us and we managed just fine. It is less than a city block say like in NYC the walking to be done and it is super simple and so many people there to guide you.

No one should be scared off from using the train.

We went to breakfast at 8 am - second breakfast and got off ship when our luggage tag was called - white Ariel - they assigned them based on flight times is what DCL said

I believe 7:30 am was the announced express walk off time. While we didn’t use it, it took 10-15 minutes to walk off the ship, collect luggage (minimal time), go through customs (collected form and waved through), and walk to street level. We took the train to the airport, which was another 5 minute walk and maybe 30 minutes to get there. Getting through the airport took maybe 15 minutes. This included checking luggage, and U.S. customs screening (we have Global Entry, so YMMV). We ended up waiting around 2 hours for our flight since the process went so smoothly.
