Question if you were able to call and get member number

So I called today to see if I have a member number yet. I do. However, in order to get the number I either have to give them my member number or my social security number, which they apparently don't have, so it is of no use for me to give it to them. Now we just have to sit and wait on the mailing.

They said I could call my agent and she could get it for me. However, when I asked her to, she said she couldn't and I just needed to be patient that I would get it in the mail. Thanks for that help.

If you called and got your number before you received the mailing with your member number, did they have your ss number on file? Am I missing something?

I'd love to use the option of giving them my member number to get my member number, but I don't think that will work...

I did it. I used option three for member accounting. I just gave them my name and they told me the number. She verified my address on file. I was then transferred to member services where they helped me set up my online account and I was making a reservation within minutes.

How long after showing up on the Comp site (or from when you closed) did you call? I heard most wait 10-14 days before calling.

It was day 11 or 12 for me. The first time I called, I wasn't in the system. Two days later, I was.

Yay! Thank you so much for this! I called first thing this morning and was able to get it. I've logged on and my points are already loaded and everything!!
