Question: how do I add MaxPass to my AP via the app?

I understand that I can add an unlimited (i.e. for the entire term of my AP) MaxPass to my AP for $75. Anyone know how I'd go about this?

From what I've seen, you can't do it from the app. You have to either go to the ticket booth or call the AP help line (I think). I've heard some people have had success with buying 1-day MP for $10 on the app, and then going to the ticket booth later in the day and receiving credit for the $10.

I'm headed out this weekend and activating new AP's, so I'm interested in the answer too. If there is a way to do it from the app that would be so convenient. But currently my plan is to go to the ticket booth in the morning to activate and add MP all at once.

The phone definitely sounds like the way to go if it works - that way you don't have to waste park time sorting it out. Unfortunately I don't think that's an option for me because my passes aren't activated yet, and I'm having trouble viewing the e-tickets so I suspect I will need to go to the ticket booth first thing anyway.
