Oh, let them close it if they must. I think your question was already answered, wasn't it? Shockwave is not as fast on a Mac as it is on PC systems. Anything else has been a PC vs. Mac thing, and the main PC proponents have stopped talking, or refuse to elaborate further on their professional qualifications. But why shut the thread down? Debate is a healthy form of community expression, after all. Nothing particularly unpleasant about this thread now, and it seems like the only people paying attention to the thread actually have a vested interest in the issue.
