Okay so new computer... windows 7 so I'm excited (cause I hate Vista) but somehow I must have missed the memo that Win 7 doesn't come with outlook express....... and I'd have to purchase it to have it?
O.M.G.... I've been using outlook express since the dawn of time! I'm not sure I can handle this big of a change.....
So what do you use for your email program?
I've heard about thunderbird but I can't seem to find info if that's something on your computer (ie: not depending on a website) and/or if it's anything like outlook express.
I don't want to use windows live mail- I want to keep my same email address and I'd like to have an email program that is on my computer (not website dependent like gmail, hotmail, yahoo, etc.) -and wher i'd have the ability to file things away in folders and subfolders. This is not just a "desire" on my part- it's really necessary to keep my life organized thru emails (including all the things the kids are involved in/etc.- which are primarily based on email contact rather than phone/etc.)
Help?
