Question for Waitlist "Experts"

and to think I have just been waiting for DVC to do it for me.... will have to start checking myself as the waitlist has not come through.....

My third day for my waitlist came through tonight! Thanks to the experts here who recommended me to waitlist each of the two nights I needed separately. I think that helped get us into a Polynesian Studio at a little over three months out!! As others mentioned may happen, they combined my three "separate" nights into one reservation with one confirmation number for three nights. So excited. The last time I stayed at the Polynesian was 25 years ago, on my honeymoon, so it will be nice to go back. Our family joined the DVC the following year (1992) and we have stayed in DVC resorts (mostly OKW) since.

I made a 1 night studio wait list for a night < 60 days out just yesterday. Today I have the reservation! Great service!
