:wave2: everyone.

I have a question for all the Dis'ers that submitted taxes through TurboTax.
We completed the federal and state sections and then filed the taxes electronically. They came back as accepted. Since we didn't sign them electronically I've printed out the signing sheet and am wondering if I need to attach anything. In years past I've attached W2's and other deduction items....do we still need to do this??
There are absolutely no instructions on what should or shouldn't be attached. Please help! I don't want to do anything wrong.

TIA

We used Turbo Tax with the electronic filing, too. You don't need to sign and return anything to the IRS. It is automatically done with the program.

The questions that you answer in the program do it all and no mailing is necessary. BTW, we received our refund in about 3 weeks!

Thanks!! Just need reassurance that I was doing it correctly. Was the 3 week turn around time for a check or direct deposit??

The above is not always true if you don't electronically sign your tax return! You may need to sign the signing sheet (no need to attach anything) and send it in. The IRS MUST have some form of signature on file, either electronic or written, to complete processing of your return. If you provided your adjusted Taxable income from last year when they asked for an electronic signature, you don't need to send anything. Otherwise, they usually require the form.

Turbo Tax should have told you if you need the signing form. They offer an 800 number for questions like these. I would call them and ask just to be sure.

DH does our taxes before our trip in Feb and when we're at DIS it's auto deposit! YES!
The only way to go!!!

No signature required!!!
