Question for those who have used the water taxis from the hotels to the parks

Were you sick of hearing the same tape loop EVERY time you were on your boat???!!

We stayed at HRH and heard Boston's Don't Look Back and Hendrix's Purple Haze about 900 times during our stay

What music did the other hotels boats play?

We were sick of Celebration by Kool and the Gang. We stayed at the PBH, but I thought we also heard that on the way to RPR for our Tchoup Chop ressie.

Oh yeah.....same song for RPR boat.........unless you were lucky enough to get the driver that told ant jokes ........and fish jokes could always tell the boats full of people who had partied too much........singing and clapping along w/music!!

Lucky for us, we only took the boat once. The rest of the time, we walked back and forth to the HRH.

Yeah, my son heard the Celebrate good times song on the radio the other day said, Hey, Mom, that's the boat song at RPR. The same music does get "old" after a few trips, but hey, when we hear it on the radio, it makes us smile and remember what fun we had in Florida.

We have taken the water taxis numerous times and haven't paid alot of attention to the tapes. We have had some good conversations with boat captains and once had a Captain that was a wealth of knowledge/trivia that he shared with the boat. I think I would like the ride even if there was no music.

I agree with motherfletcher. I heard it the first time or 2 but between having fun with my kids and talking to the various captains, I barely heard it. My son even knows all the names of the captains that took us. We were always talking to them. They are really nice. Did not meet 1 who did not want to share some stories.
