Is the pre cruise concierge team able to provide the menus for your upcoming cruise? For instance, the menus being served as well as which days they will be served (I know they are not the same in each dining room each night)? And if so, how far before departure is this information usually available? Thank you!!

Hmmm. Well, I've only sailed concierge once, we that was just last month on the Fantasy (it was FABULOUS, as was our Cat T stateroom!!). Shoreside concierge was tremendously helpful. I did not ask them for menus beforehand. We talked about dining options but not menus. There will be menus for the restaurants readily available to you in the concierge lounge once onboard. I do know that. I would call shoreside and ask your menu questions. Hopefully they can help. I know they will surely do their best! :cutie:

I’ve never asked in advance for menus - we always find something we like so no need and, by now, we know all the menus - but I usually ask for the different rotations so we can choose in which MDR we get to eat three times. I don’t see in what form they would provide the menus.

Once you arrive at the terminal, you can download the menus for the entire cruise on the app.

On our cruise, we were not in concierge, but several families in our FB group were. They found out at least six weeks before the cruise which night was Pirate Night, semi formal night, etc. I don’t recall whether they also received their dining rotations.

You can see the menus on Disney Cruise Blog.

If you are sailing Concierge, you can request the specific schedule for your cruise before your booking window opens on day 120, so at least 4 months in advance. As PP said, you see in matrix form the three possible rotations, the suggested attire and special menus. Our email on day 125 always mentions a specific rotation based on the info received from Shoreside.

Shoreside Concierge is really helpful with any questions you might have. You can either email or call. I've never asked for menus before, but they probably can get them. Like lanejudy mentioned the Disneycruiselineblog will have all the menus scanned in and are really helpful. For my upcoming cruise they were able to help me with the dining rotation. I told them what restaurant I didn't like and made sure that one was scheduled when I did my specialty dining and also arranged to visit it the least amount of times.

Thanks all! Just looking for which menu on which night to help plan Palo night on a fairly uncommon itererary. Thanks for all the responses.

Pirate night has the same menu in each MDR. And it’s not very good, either.

We usually schedule this on pirate night, it guarantees you won't miss one of the dining main menus and the show is later so it doesn't really mess with seeing that either.

On last cruises we have indicated to the shoreside team that we would like to see menus for similar reasons and they happily sent them our way. We googled around and found the basic menus and then asked what other rotational menus could be swapped in (and they sent us those). Also like others have said, if you book Palo for night 5 for example and you end up really liking the rotational menu for that night, you can always ask to start at a different restaurant.

Another note is that you can sometimes order from the main dining room menus to your stateroom if you have a dining table (usually 1 bedroom and up). This could be helpful in your planning as well if you decide you like one menu over the other. As long as the kitchen is cooking food from a particular menu you can almost always order to your room through the concierge hosts!
