We booked our 9/1 cruise with DreamsUnlimited and I need to make a change (want to add another passenger) which will result in a catagory change.
It doesn't seem that our reservation was assigned to a specific person or if it was I don't know who this person is??
I did send off an email this morning @ 10:30 to www.reservations@dreamsunlimited.com but then saw another address for DCL clients and forwarded the email there. I received an automatic reply that said there may be a delay in responding to my email.
I saw the 800 number on my profile for client services but there is a recording stating the hours which does not include weekends. I left a message but wondering if I will not be able to do anything til Monday??Concerned about response time due to availabilty -leaving in 4 weeks. I was hoping to get this taken care of today. Is there a way to speak to someone @ Dreams afterhours??

sorry I missed it. I replied to her just now and am awaiting another repsonse at this time. It is great to know that someone is available.
