Ok I called and booked my AP rate for 10 nights and paid for 5 of the nights ahead of time and was planning on paying the balance upon arrival. Today I got my confirmation in the mail and it states, "Remaining Package amount $523.95 is due by 8/31/06 *** No additonal notices will be sent." I thought it was funny as in the past all that has been required is one nights deposit. I even have written down $523.95 due at check-in on my notes from the phone call. I'm planning on calling CRO to ask about it, but did anyone elses confirmations state that?

That is a common computer glitch. The balance is due at check-in. For some reason, the system reads a discount like an AP rate as a package.

Yes, I did. I called CRO yesterday morning and got a great CM who told me to disregard it. I have 2 separate conf. for ASMu since 1 night is in reg. season, the other 2 nights are value and BOTH are AP rates. The first conf. was normal - the second one, which I had just switched from AAA to AP, had that statement on it.

HTH!!! :teeth:

Thank-you to both of you! I thought it was wrong.
