We're trying to save a few bucks going to the Zoo and Safari park and I'm wondering if this would work. There are three adults and the 2-day pass is $130 x 3=$390. The Wildlife Protector Limited Pass (the blackout dates are fine) is $149 and it comes with 1-day guest pass. My question is can two of us get this membership and let the 3rd person use the two, 1-day passes to visit the zoo and safari park? This would be $298 vs $390 plus it comes with free parking since you have to pay to park at the zoo now so even more savings. Does this seem like a reasonable option and if so, how fast do you get the guest passes?

Yes you can use the guest passes immediately for another family member. It's been decades since I've worked there, but we used to give the guest passes right when you purchased the membership (in person). We didn't have online purchases way back then. So, it might be different if you buy online.
