Question for PI's

First some background- I accepted a Rooms Professional Internship at The Grand Floridian- set to start June 22 after wanting to work for Disney since I was very young.

I was curious though as to which other PI's were graduating seniors such as myself? I know the positions are open to juniors and seniors in college, and I am graduating this May (right before starting the PI). Anyone in the same boat?

I'm graduating on May 13 (Mother's Day) and cannot wait to get back down to Florida! I did my program Fall 06 so I just left in Jan. and miss it sooooo much... Good luck to everyone else on graduation and see you in a few weeks.

I am graduating on Mother's Day as well. I go to Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT but my hometown is Holland, PA (philly suburb). I got accepted as the Information Management PI (part of the Animal Programs). I cannot wait to start as I have wanted to work for Disney my entire life. I just heard about housing and did get accepted to it. However, the email stated the following, which I am worried about:

"You may have heard about NorthBridge Apartments in recent messages from Professional Recruitment or from friends who stayed there during their internships. Please be aware that because our housing is in high demand this summer, you may be assigned to one of three different apartment complexes in the Orlando and Lake Buena Vista area. Amenities and costs differ at each of these complexes. More specific information will be available upon your arrival."

brian - congrats! and how the heck did you get that rooms PI? They told me they wanted someone who had worked in disney hotels before and didn't even bother to interview me!! not that i'm not happy with my ticketing PI, but i'm totally jealous!

I am graduating on may 7th. I got a labor operations technology PI. Pale i guess your the one that got that PI. I tryed for that on too it sounded fun.

Graduated two weeks ago from University of Louisville. Glad to hear I'm not the only graduated person in the PI.

I think you and I will be meeting very soon. I am going to be doing the Food and Beverage Management Internship for the Grand Floridian Resort. I believe there are only three of us doing an internship at the Grand and we will be doing some of our training together. Congratulations!!!! I am so honored to to have been chosen for the Grand and I can't wait to get there. Talk to ya soon!
