Question for Pampered Chef folks...

Are the products you buy from pampered chef guarenteed like tuperware stuff? I bought a little spatula that I love but the handle has busted all up and it's never been abused in any way. Just couldn't live up to regular, everyday wear and tear. I don't have the reciept any more either but I was wondering if I could get it replaced if I took it to the next show I went to. TIA
 
You know, it's funny that this thread would pop up on the boards tonight. I just went to a focus group and the woman sitting next to me worked for Pampered Chef. I had never heard of the company before. During the discussion, the topic turned to customer service and she was talking about how much Pampered Chef prides itself on its customer service. She was talking about how she often will take a defective item and send it back for one of her customers for a replacement.

I would suggest that you contact the representative you got the spatula from. I'm sure they would be able to do something for you.
 
Everything is covered for a year, some for life.

Call the person who had the show or the consultant to get a new receipt.

Don't take it to the next show, that consultant really can't do anything about it.

You have to pay to ship it back, so if it's the little one (mini serving spatula), it's probably not worth it.
