Question for OKW owners?

I like those percentages It definitely makes a statement about OKW to me. We just love OKW, not sure I'd try anywhere else either, maybe SSR. We like the home away from home feel better than the hotel feel

I wasn't sure how to answer this poll and the one for BCV. We own at both resorts, and stay at both. We have stayed at BWV and VWL, but they are not our cup of tea. So we stick to OKW or BCV. I answered the first choice on both polls, since we usually use BCV points for BCV and OKW points for OKW.

OKW will always be home to us. We have stayed at other properties, but you sure can't beet OKW for room size and value for the points!

I'm finding this to be an interesting poll. I've been reading the responses on the other resort polls also. It seems to make the "buy where you want to stay" credo to be very true. In the case of us, who bought into DVC when there only was OKW, it's more like "home is where the heart is"

We've been members since '93 and have always stayed at OKW on site. We've checked out all the others as they've opened up but we love our home and just haven't felt the others were worth the extra points. OKW ( still call it DVC) is HOME. It is also the only place where my DH and I feel totally relaxed and away from the hustle and bustle of the real world and even of the rest of WDW.

It does not surprise me that some OKW owners use all resorts. Being the first DVC, most of us have been members longer.

Yes, Diane, but it probably surprises people who think OKW is out in the boonies that us OKW owners stay at our own resort so much. It is a wonderful place.
