Hello there - I saw a post that you made on these boards responding to someone who had some issues with their stay. That was very nice of you to respond. We're coming on Monday - staying at your hotel. It's our first trip to Disneyland. We'll be in the area 6 nights...doing more than just Disney.
Would it be possible for us to make a request for a room not facing the freeway? Are those requests usually met? At WDW, we typically make a room request a few days prior by faxing and/or calling the front desk. Of course, we're talking about on-property resorts. Not sure if it works the same way at Hojos. We're looking forward to coming!
