Haha Andrew!! I was asking that same question the other day!

I noticed in about every picture I saw of a girl, she had her lips puckered like a fish. I don't know why people want to look like fish but then again, there are a lot of things I don't know lol.

Personally, I think everyone looks better with a natural smile. I don't think the puckered look is cute or nice. It's weird imho lol. I don't know, call me old fashioned but that's what I think. Just smile. A nice genuine smile never hurt anyone
