Question for DISigners.....?.?.?.?

Hey everyone! I have thoroughly enjoyed DISigning (although my time is very limited & sporadic.) I want to thank each of you for your help & encouragement. There is one thing I can't figure out, though. (Okay, there's LOTS of things, but this is the one that's driving me crazy this very moment.)

How do you add the white sparkle to your DISigns? You know, the one's that look like stars or starbursts? I'm using Photoshop CS2 & don't know NEAR what I need to know. If anyone knows a key word that it might be called, or what menu/toolbar I might find it in, I'd be forever thankful! Thanks in advance & may God bless each of you! Angela

I have CS2 and I just download different paintbrushes for mine.

These are 2 sites that are really good.

It's no problem to actually use them click on the paintbrush tool then go to the drop down menu where you can choose which brush to use.

This menu will appear

click on the little arrow thing, I made it green if you can tell and then this menu will appear

choose the load brushes then the window where you can choose the file shows up, I'm not sure what it is called. Go to your desktop or wherever you saved them and click on them. They will be added at the end of all your brushes.
