Hi! I'm a former CP that went CT and I'm planning on going down to work some seasonal hours at the end of July. The thing is, my seasonal status just went into effect as of, like, last week. I have access to the hub, and should be able to make hotel reservations (at POP) using the discount, but my question is:

Do I need to have my seasonal ID to give at check-in, or can I give my drivers license and perner in lieu of that? I won't be able to get my seasonal ID until I actually fly to Florida, get a ride to access control, and then obtain it.

Please take your time in getting an accurate answer (maybe ask a manager at work?), I'm going to make some phone calls myself. I would have to plan my flight earlier in the day if I need to obtain my ID before checking in...

If you have an answer, please PM me and let me know!

Yes, you will need to use your seasonal ID. I advise before you go to Access Control to talk to your managers about emailing a memo to Access Control, otherwise you will be sitting there waiting for them to send it over and then have to wait again in line for your number to be called to get your ID made. It's a big hassle. After than you are home free. You just show your new ID at check in, they won't need a photo ID since on your Disney ID your photo will be on it.

Thank you! I figured as much, and my area manager has already told me he'd send an email. So now I just have to alot for time to get from MCO to pop via magical express, then to access control before it closes.

I was wondering the same thing. My manager told me to hold on to my CP id until I get my seasonal one. I'm going down in May, was able to make the discount room reservations & everything, but I won't be able to get to access control to get my seasonal ID till the next day since my flight doesn't get to Orlando till 5:30, after access control is closed. Can I show my expired CP ID with an email from my manager saying I'll be getting my seasonal ID the next morning?

After booking my reservation at POP for the end of July, this is the message that I received with my reservation:

"The Cast member must provide a Company ID or Main Entrance Pass to the front desk within 10 days prior to the arrival of their Guests."

Any Hospitality CPs out there that can confirm if I can show my Main Entrance Pass and a photo ID in lieu of a Company ID? I still have my valid Main Entrance Pass, and wouldn't have to rush to Access Control before I check in if that's the case!

I found the email address for one of the front desk managers & sent them an email explaining that I cant get my seasonal ID until the day after I arrive. They looked me up in the Hub to see that I'm an active cast member & that I will be working during the time of my reservation and they put a note on the reservation saying my ID was already verified.
