Question for CPs who flew down.

I'm not sure if this has already been posted somewhere...so if it is..just let me know!

For all of you CPs who flew down for check-in and stayed at a hotel...what do you do with your luggage? Do you just leave it at the hotel? If so, how do you get it from the hotel to your apartment?

Maybe this is a stupid question with an obvious answer...but I can't figure out how it would work out lol

I'm flying down with my mom and sister, and we're getting a rental car for the few days they'll be in town. I suppose if you don't have a rental car, you could have your hotel get a taxi for you to get to Vista Way.

Then, if I'm not mistaken, I believe they have some sort of luggage-holding area at check-in, because not everyone has a car in which to leave their luggage in the trunk.

What about if we get assigned to Chatham or Patterson? Do they have a shuttle that takes us and our luggage from Vista to the other complexes?

I've heard somewhere that they do. I can't remember where, though, lol.

I mean, think about it, not everyone will have a car to drive themselves to Chatham/Patterson, so Disney would of course provide shuttles/busing. They bus us to work, to the grocery store, why not to the other complexes?

I would suggest bringing your luggage with you to check in. They do indeed have shuttles that will take you from Vista to whatever complex you end up in. They are like big coach buses that you stick your luggage under.
