I am going to get my AP via the interent. I have to go to DL on Sunday the 10th to get my official card. However, we are doing DCA that day. DL opens up 2 hours before DCA does. Do you think I can get into DL right at 8am and not have a long wait for the AP line? How long does the process take? I need to hurry and get that done then meet my DH and DS over in DCA about 9:30am. What has your experience been on a Sunday??

Beginning of November I saw that they had an Annual pass area over to the left of Greetings at DCA. I went in to get a list of black out days for a friend...

So they could be validating them over there also.

Sometimes you have a long line to get an AP and sometimes you don't.
It can be a hit or miss.

We did our AP's in the middle of the day, and probably had 2 people in front of us. We were upgrading hoppers to AP's and it probably took 20 mintues total to get them done for the 3 of us.

I agree that it's probably going to be hit or miss on the lines.

We got our AP's around 4pm and there was only one family ahead of us. Once we arrived at the window, it was about a 10 minute wait for both of our cards to be processed. I think sometimes there are no lines, and sometimes there are?

I *think* that DCA does renewal AP's only. I'm pretty sure that the bank on main street is the only place that does the AP pics. Please let us know for sure if you try the DCA route.

Also, if you're just doing a renewal, you can have them done at Guest Services (Guest Relations?) in the Esplanade. The same place where you would pick up Fantasmic Tickets, Tour Tickets or Club 33 tickets. (To the left of the entrance gates as your facing Disneyland) The reason you can do renewals at these Satellite windows is because you've already had your pic taken for your previous AP.

In any case, you won't have a 2 hour wait at 8 am for your AP's. You should be able to go into Disneyland get your AP's and still have a full day at DCA. (But don't forget to grab a fastpass at Disneyland for something, in case you decide to come back later in the day!) Oh, and everyone who is getting an AP, must be there with you, due to the picture taking thing. :) ARe you the only one in your group getting an AP?

I was just there yesterday and asked the DCA CM about this.. They only do renewals in DCA because they do not have the ability to take pictures...

I would just make sure you take care of this at the beginning of the day. as the lines really build toward the end of the evening.
