I have reservations at the Hampton Inn on Harbor Blvd (using Hilton points). The more I read, the more nervous I am about getting to/from the parks using ART.

A few questions:

1. Is the Hampton comfortable walking distance?
2. What is your experience with ART?
3. What is your experience with the Hampton Inn?
4. Would I be better paying for the room at a different hotel? Which one?

Thanks so much for your help.

1. NO!!

2. I liked ART, its kind of a pain waiting for the bus, but the drivers I had were always nice and pleasant, and would help with the stroller, etc.

3. I liked the Hampton Inn. Its certainly no GCH, but its nice. The breakfast is nothing to brag about, but a nice start to the day. They have ceral, drinks and some hot things. They also have bagged breakfasts you can take to go on weekdays which are nice to take into the park. Also, the room we had last time had a nice view of the fireworks, which was a total suprise, but we loved it!

4. If you have Hilton Points, you might think about the Embassy Suites South. Its right next to the Hampton, but WAY nicer. The rooms are bigger, the service is better, I think they even have an indoor pool. The breakfast is AWESOME! Cooked to order eggs, omelets, pancakes, waffles, etc. Its a super start to the day and they have a cocktail hour in the evening with snacks and free drinks and cocktails.

Good luck, whichever you decide!!! Have a great trip!

1. No way!
2. I love ART! I get very excited every time I wait for the magical bus, and usually the drivers are very cheerful and nice and talk about disney, and its only about a 8 minute ride to disney, and its very cool to see everything along the way to disney. :) It's 3 per person per day.
3. I have never stayed at the Hampton Inn but if you look at my signature, youll see that I have stayed at the Embassy Suites many times, and I love it! It has big rooms, and delicious breakfast, and a nice view.
4. My dad, has hilton honor points, and we use them for the Embassy Suites and they place us at the Executive Floor, and I've stayed at many hampton's in other places before and it does not compare with the Embassy. Go with the Embassy! You won't regret it.
