I just received our cards to exchange for our seasonal passes in the mail, but was wondering, I know I have to exchange at a ticket counter, but can we ride disney transportation with exchange pass to get to a park? just making plans for after we check in to Poly....
any help or feedback is greatly appreciated!

Disney transporation is avalaible to anyone. You don't have to show anything to get on it. Sometimes when it is really busy they ask to see your tickets at the TTC but what they are trying to do is get people to buy their tickets at the TTC rather than creating a huge line at MK's guest relations window.

So to answer your question you can ride the monorail (boats, buses, etc) without any ticket if you want to :)

Also I believe that you have to exchange your vouchers at Guest Relations not the regular ticket counter.

I think you can do it at either, I've exchanged mine at the regular ticket window.

The Florida Resident Seasonal Pass must be exchanged at Guest Relations...at the Magic Kingdom it's located to the right as you approach the turnstiles. At MGM it wll be located to your left...Epcot Guest Relations are located on the right if your facing SpaceShip Earth, and to the left at Animal Kingdom.

The major park ticket booths are able to do the exchange but won't always. If they have a large line such as at park opening they will often send you to Guest Relations to do it. It's pretty much left up to the booth CM's discretion. Some will do it. Some will send you to GR.
