Question: Book cruise with points, now canceled

I understand that if you use points for Disney Cruise and Disney cancels it.
It goes into reservation points for Disney collections but which one?
Concierge Collection or World Collection - RCI??

Not RCI. Definitely Concierge and I believe World as well.

Right now, though, they seem to be doing something different for canceled cruises, outside normal policy. I’d check the newest notice on members website.

Disney Collection is Adventures by Disney, Disney Cruise Line and many non-DVC Disney Resorts.
Reservation Points can also be used for Concierge Collection Reservations.

Reservation Points can't be used for an RCI (World Collection) Reservation.

Where on the member website would I find any new (or existing) policy on Reservation Points. My cruise, paid with points, was cancelled. Specifically, I need to know deadline for using those points.

Click at the top on info about closures. It will give you the current info.
