We are headed to WDW in June and I really want to attend the new Villians after hours party at the MK. The information says that the party will run from 10 pm to 1 am. Will the resort buses be running to take guests back to their resort after the party? I have never attended an After Hours party so I hope someone that has attended one staying on property will advise. Thanks in advance.

The same unpublished rule applies: Guests are not left stranded.. Note: The last bus or two may go to multiple resorts.

I can't think of why guests would be in the park long after closing, unless there was an un usually long queue for a particular ride at closing.

Yes, buses will be available after the event.

Buses after DAH tend to run in non-traditional sharing arrangements, but this will depend on your specific resort.

When you come out from the event, the buses will probably be running on special routes. There should be a Transport CM just past security who can direct you to the correct load zone IF they are running special routes. All in all, if the park is not clear (meaning if maintenance can not run vehicles around the park), then there will always be buses available to take guests wherever they need to go on Disney property, even TTC as I believe the ferry boat goes down after a certain time.

Thanks for this info...I was able to get tickets to the June 13 event and I am super excited.
