Question about Welcome Bags

DF and I are going to give our small wedding group (about 5 bags total) Welcome Bags when they arrive. I've pretty much decided on stuff to put in them. But I am having the hardest time finding the right bag to use. We are thinking about personalizing them with iron on transfers. I was looking for suggestions on what kind of bag (and where you found it) others on here have used?

Well I wanted them to be alble to really use the bags. So I am ordering backpacks online. They are the ones that usually have addidas or nike written on the backs. We are having our names, wedding date and a picture of a coach. When I get a picture I will post it.

Fantasia sam used some fab white canvas like beach bags. They were plain white and she then personalised them. I think she saidshe got them on Ebay but i havent had any luck in finding some yet!

We are making ours with tote bags from Michael's they are off white canvas & putting a logo on them like this:

The canvas bags were like 3 for $8.99 & I used their weekly 40% off coupon.

A friend of mine helped with the logo, it was originally black & she colored the turrets purple to match our theme. We are going to iuse ron - on tranfers. We will be working on them over the next few weeks so I will post pics as soon as I can.

we also have personalized welcome tote bags for our guests. we bought tote bags from amazon.com through southhorizon, the bags are real nice & durable, the bags along with all the goodies i bought for 30 cost about $450. were in the process of personalizing them with irons on transfers & our computer with their name, a picture/clip, our names & wedding date. ill try taking a picture & scanning one in later.
