Question about wedding pavilion fee

On Disney's website, it says the fee for using the wedding pavilion is $2,500. Does that count towards your minimum?
(Now that I got my planning video and watched it, I think I might like a custom wedding, though I wouldn't have many people, maybe 20-40)

Yes, that'll count toward your minimum. I'm having a custom wedding and I'm probably going to have around 25-30 people.
