Last week I saw a post asking for the 800 # for CRO.
I wrote it down thinking "wow, I never had a clue that there was an 800 # only knew about the 1-407-W-DISNEY # for CRO. Anyway, called the 800 # I wrote down last week, yesterday, to book an overnight stay in May and it said "welcome to the Walt Disney Travel Co."
Now, I've heard of WDTC before but never used them. I hung up because I was not sure if they are the same as CRO or not and didn't want to run into any problems (I just called the 1-407-W-DISNEY # like I always have) but for future reference, what is the difference?
Can you book your stays through WDTC exactly like you do through CRO? Can I call and ask to book a stay and ask them to apply the discount codes and all that?
Just curios to know what's the difference between them. Is WDTC not actually calling WDW directly or something?
Anyone who can clarify this for me, I'd much appreciate the info.
TIA!
