Another question from my sister. She heard that Norton isn't a good virus protector for Windows XP. But no one has mentioned why or anything better.

Any ideas?

I loved Norton any anti-virsus software for Me and XP. When I doing computer recommedtions I ususally recommend Norton anti-virsus.

On the other hand I have heard the rumors about XP using Norton SystemWorks problems on some computers.

I tell if install Notron SystemsWorks make sue the software has update drivers and be sure update Windows XP operating system.

That should take care of any problems that have.

Also one piece of advice that I run into alot doing computer is be sure make sure it's meets the system requirements for the software. Somtimes the computer is not fast enough and don't have a enough ram to work with.

I think that this may be the main problem, but I can't get them to let me at the computer so I can find out what's going on. I have to listen to my sister, then try and make suggestions from that. I'm not an IT person, I can't imagine all the hassle they go through trying to figure out what people are saying and what they are needing.
