I was hoping someone could help me with a question I had: we have a reservation in a Studio at the villas and I was hoping to put in a request for our room but can't seem to find the thread that I saw before to help me with an idea of where would be the better floor, location of a room to request, any help would be great, this is our first time at this resort and I'm hoping to not be located over the trucking area(I think thats what its called, doesn't sound like the best view to have)

Thanks

You're thinking about the service area at the far end of VWL, and there are several studios at that end. Request to be close to the lodge or close to the elevators. That will put you at the opposite end, away from the service area. I've always requested upper floor, close elevator, and I haven't had a bad room yet.

There is one studio, I believe on the 4th floor, that does not have a balcony. I can't remember the exact room number (I think it ended in 36), but I'm sure someone else here will. It is fairly close to the elevators, so if you are assigned to a room on the 4th floor, it wouldn't hurt to ask if it's the room without the balcony before you walk to the villas and have to come back to switch.
