I think I missed something in the MCU

I realize there is a probably a better forum or subreddit for this somewhere, but figured someone here would know!

Confused what happened to the arrested avengers between Civil War and Infinity War. OK at the end of Civil War, they're in that space prison. I did look through the movies between that one and Infinity War, but admit I did not go through them with a fine tooth comb. Anyway, the formerly imprisoned Avengers just show up at the beginning of Infinity War! That holographic William Hurt kind of says "arrest them!" and Don Cheadle blows him off. But that's it. Was there any other explanation (in the actual movies, not somewhere else) that bridges the gap there?

The prison is actually underwater and Steve breaks them out. It is shown at the end of Civil War, though only briefly. Ant-Man and Hawkeye though took a deal to be with their families. Wanda, Nat, and Sam went into hiding.

I absolutely completely forgot that Steve broke them out. Was that an after-credit sequence? I usually look for those, especially in that era of Marvel movie, but I don't recall that at all. So they went into hiding and then showed up again in Infinity War?

(I do remember now that it was an underwater prison. Maybe the water prison in Andor is messing up my memories.)

Actually, it was just at the end of the film, where it is showing a few codas. They don't really show it in full, just an alert at the prison and then Steve showing up - might have even just been a sillhouette.
