We have some unused FCC (Future Cruise Credit) that is going to be converted to non-refundable OBC (Onboard Credit) to be used on our upcoming cruise in April. I’m aware that any unused portion of the OBC expires at the end of our first cruise. Does anyone know if they ever make an exception & allow the unused portion to roll over to the 2nd cruise of our B2B?

Thank you, Stephanie

I wouldn't count on it. Each cruise is considered completely separate. Other things, like photo packages, etc., are not allowed to roll over into the next cruise. Of course, you can always ask, but I would be prepared for the answer to be no. Good luck!

Pre- update drama when getting a call/chat in was easy-you could hypothetically put the obc you want for cruise 2 in a ‘fake cruise’ that you call and cancel that after you embark on cruise #1-but with calling impossible it’s not likely..
