Question about TV Channels at Hilton Head & also about "A private affair"

My wife and I are planning our first visit to HHI and were wondering if the resort had any of the channels seen on WDW tv's (the Vacation Club Channel, etc.) I'm not talking ABC, NBC, and the other "normal" channels... kind of a silly question, but just wondering!

Also, it is usually difficult to book "A Private Affair"? How far in advance can you book it? Are certain nights more difficult than others? Thank you again for your help!

Yes, the DVC channel is there as well as a resort channel. Watch out, though, they can become addicting.

Can't help with private affair but I'm sure someone will respond.

We did "A Private Affair" in April. We called Chef Gordon about 2 months before we went, and told him the dates we would be there, and agreed upon a date. I do not think most people call this far in advance, but we knew we wanted to do it. Chef Gordon does other things there too, so I think his availability for "A Private Affair" depends upon his schedule. I do not think some dates are more difficult to get, I think it is just dependent on when he is available. It is a wonderful evening, make sure you get the crabcakes!
