Question about ts credits and paying oop

Hi all, I have a few extra meals planned for my trip for just my husband and I, while we leave the gma's and kids back at the hotel, I was just wondering about some of our meals, like one morning we are having breakfast at crystal palace can we use the dining credits we have and pay out of pocket for 2 adults? Do they let you split it that way? Im just wondering cause one night my husband and I are having dinner at Coral Reef and it would make more sense to use one of our ts credits there instead of breakfast at Crystal Palace. Did I make sense? Sorry if im confusing you.
