Question about Transport and Luggage

Just a few more days until we arrive in Orlando! I am very excited and have spent the past few weeks reading everything on these boards. Thank you to everyone who contributes and shares valuable tips. I have a question, and hope someone can give me some advice on how to best navigate my transportation question. We are arriving in Orlando (MCO) at 9:41 in the morning 5/17. We will have carry on baggage only. I have Magic Express reservations and those yellow tags. Here is my question-this will be our only day at MK and we have 1PM lunch reservations at BOG. I have done online check in at our hotel which is Port Orleans, French Quarter. Can the ME bus bring our luggage to the hotel, and can we figure out a quicker way using the ME options to get to MK? Is our bus only going to be going to Port Orleans? In other words, could we get off earlier on the property and head directly to MK while our luggage continues on to the hotel?
Any suggestions is appreciated. Thank you.

1. Luggage for DME delivery will only be picked up at the baggage claim area.
It is a totally separate operation from the bus that guests ride to their resort.
2. You can ONLY ride ME to YOUR resort.
3. It will likely go to 2-3 resorts on your route, but that can change with every single bus.
4. Officially, no. But, the chance that your bus will be going to any resort that is significantly
closer to MK will be slim, anyway.
5. Again, the DME luggage service is a completely different operation and separate vehicles than the passenger buses.
6. Ride to YOUR resort. Leave your carry-ons with Bell Services and board the MK bus.

DME will take you to your resort, if you bring a piece of luggage on the bus, you'll be responsible for taking it off the bus and bringing it either to bell services or carrying it with you until your room is ready. Port Orleans will likely not be the only stop the bus makes - what other stops it makes and in what order I don't know though.

The DME bus driver is not responsible for your carry-on luggage - you won't be using the luggage tags anyway. You'll have to drop your luggage at Bell Services at your resort and then head to the park.
