question about "trading" TS to CS or CS to TS

A friend is leaving in September for WDW - she asked me today if she could "exchange" or "trade" 2 CS meal credits for 1 TS meal credit. I don't think you can but I wasn't 110% sure....does anyone know?

No, you cannot trade any number of CS credits for a TS credit.

I wanted to trade TS for CS and was sad that we couldn't. It would save Disney but the answer is no.

After hanging out on the resorts boards way too much, I think the answer to this question is yes, but only during free dining.

If I am remembering correctly, when people got their info about their package iwth free dining program in the mail, it included a note encouraging them to trade in their TS for CS + extra stuff (a lanyard or poster or something). This is presumably because there are too many people for everyone to use all their TS credits, so they want people to do CS instead when possible.
