I bought our TIW on November 16, 2015. The expiration date is December 1, 2016. I thought we would get until the end of December. Did something change? Or did the CM make a mistake?
Hmmm, that's what I thought! I even asked her after I looked at it and she said no it was correct. We have a trip planned for November, don't think we will be down in December but you never know, plans can change. I am going next week. I think I will bring my receipt with me and ask about it. I have to go to guest services anyways to ask about the 25th anniversary tickets. It would have been December 31, but there have been a few reports of CM's making that type of mistake lately.
Same here. We got ours at guest services at the Future section of Epcot. There were probably 8 cast members working behind the counter. They had me wait for a particular cast member who was helping a guest with a very complex problem so I had to wait quite a long time. I am not sure if he was the only one trained, or if his computer was the only one that would do it. But ours lasts through January 2017.We just bought in December and our expiration is January 31, 2017.

Thanks, that is nice to know.People have been able to get changes made when mistakes were made.
Thanks, I am going to WDW this weekend. I am going to bring my receipt and ask at guest services. I was going to go there to upgrade a ticket for my daughter anyways. If they can't fix it, I will call TIW when I get home.I would call the TiW office. I know they only have business hours, but it would give you some peace of mind and they could just mail you a correct card. I know they are not easy to get a hold of. Yes, it should've been the end of the month.
I think there was only 1 computer inside EPCOT future world Guest Services.Same here. We got ours at guest services at the Future section of Epcot. General Policies:
- Tables in Wonderland is valid for one year from date of purchase.
Exactly! This is the way it has always been for me(except the one time a CM goofed, and I had them correct it).I just looked at ours. We purchased it on 12/3/15 and the expiration date is 1/31/17. With our previous cards, we have always gotten a full year from the date of issue and to the end of the month following the issue month.
