The only reason I suggested gift cards from Walmart or Target for those CM that are "NOT" permitted to receive "CASH TIPS" on a previous thread, was because of a post I read back on May 27, 2003 by LNaylor863 on this thread http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=379763&highlight=+gift++cards

It sounded like a good idea to me at the time, but maybe I was mistaken!!!

You can go to your bank and buy a Visa giftcard. This works just like a credit card. You just put the amount you want on the card just like any other gift card and they can use it anywhere they like.

(Serj) He made flowers out of the toilet paper rolls,made swans out of wash clothes even arranged my night gowns if I left them out. Well we did not tip him.

I hope poor Serj didn't make a noose out of the next guest's nightgowns...

Buckaroo Dad thats a good one. We did send money later that week when we got home. When my mom told us we should have tipped him. Wether or not he got it I haven't a clue. Probably depended on who opened the mail.
