question about tipping your Captin on Illuminations cruise

4 of us will be taking the Illuminations cruise and I know we should give our "Captin" a gratuity. I have no idea how much to give as I have never done anything like this before. The cruise itself will be about 370.00 do you give 20%?? Thanks!

We shared an Illuminations Cruise this past August (it was just my mom and me, we left the boys at home) with another diser who organized.
There were 7 of us on the boat, including my mother and me.
We got off the boat last and we were the only people that tipped the driver, which I thought was odd but we still tipped.
