Question About Ticket Vouchers

Hi everyone

We have booked our vacation through a travel agent (Virgin Holidays) in the UK, staying at Royal Pacific Resort with tickets for 7 nights

Virgin will send me ticket vouchers which will need to be exchanged for 'real' tickets and I was wondering if you could do this at the resort or if I needed to head to the park gates?

We will be arriving at the hotel at around 5/6pm but wanted to hit IOA really early the following morning so I was concerend that the voucher redemption windows wouldn't be open in time to take advantage of early entry

Perhaps there is a location in City Walk that we could redeem our vouchers at the evening we arrive if we can't do this at the resort?

You can exchange the vouchers at the parks or the hotel...not at CityWalk. I'm not sure what the hours are for the exchange desk though.
