Question about ticket issues on fast pass day...

The last 2 times I went to do fastpasses right at 7am I had issues. The first time the problem was with someone we rented points from not adding a person but the last time my ticket had an issue and the system would only let me book tickets for my DD and DH until I called to get my fixed (which took some time and we lost out on good fastpass times) These tickets were included in a package. I have a trip booked for October and I am wondering if there is a way BEFORE 7am fastpass day to know if I am good to go?

If you can see all of your upcoming tickets and your resort reservation (if any) in your MDX account, you're as ready as you can be.

If not, call and get it fixed.

Any other problems would be a glitch,
and those are beyond control if and until they pop up.
