Question about the point system!

Hey guys!

I did the Disney College Program in 2010 as a PhotoPass Photographer on the Fall Advantage program. I don't know what happened, but I got severely sick quite a few times on my program. I brought in proof that I was ill and left my college program on my departure date with 3 reprimands.

My goal was to leave without any points on my record card whatsoever so I could apply again in the future.

I want to apply in January for the Fall quarter, but I'm nervous about my points affecting my chances to get in again. Come January, I'll be working at a photography studio for almost a year (March will make my one year anniversary with Lifetouch Portraits). Will holding a job for almost a year help my chances? Are my points off my record card after a certain time?

Are there any experts on the college program that could answer this for me? I cared strongly about my program when I was there and want to go back. I want to work for Disney after college full time one day.... my points are worrying me.

Help would be very much appreciated!

Your points will always show up on your record card, but since you left/graduated from the program(I'm assuming you did since you left on your departure date) then you should be able to apply. Worst case scenario, you may have to fill out some paper work because you may be on a restricted rehire status (I think that's the name for it) and when you interview you just explain to them what happened and then I think they check with your old managers as well. I know that many people who have even self termed have gotten rehired and completed a program also I think that having the same job for a year is definitely a plus! I think you have to have had a job for at least 6 months to be considered for rehire.
