Quick question for former Perfect Gift customers...

I called them a few weeks ago (before Thanksgiving) to place an order for my cabin. They took all my information, including my order, and said they would call back with a final price and for my credit card.

Just wondering how long it takes them to call back, as I haven't heard from them. I don't want to be a bother, if they usually don't call back until just before the cruise.

I would give them a call back. I don't think it would be a bother to them. I have ordered from Shirley and can not say enough good things about her. You will be pleasantly surprised! Have a good trip!

I am so sorry I haven't called you back - I do have your information, but being that you wasn't sailing for awhile - I was going to call you back after the holidays - my fault - I should have called you with a courtesy call anyway - my brain disengages and I don't always do the right thing tho it is never my intentions - I will work on it over the weekend since we are getting busy with the holidays - again please accept my sincere apology - listen anytime you want to call me at 800-950-4559 and wring my neck for not contacting you - please feel free to do so - my shop is a place you don't have to push buttons to talk to someone :teeth: and I sure do try to make things right if I screw up - that is when human nature takes over.

Hi Jenn,
I just tried to call you (I am here at the shop) and there was no answer - Since you are not sailing until the end of January - I do not like to take credit cards early for safety reasons - anyhow will you give me a call when you are able ok

Oh my gosh, no problem at all. I just wasn't sure how you operated - and I knew your other loyal customers would set me straight! :D

Things have been crazy - we're moving back home (Yay! :bounce: ) and trying to coordinate the holidays, so I'll give you a call next week!
