I know you can book up to 7 consecutive nights from the date of check in, but I was wondering if it is ok to book say 4 nights in a studio, then the next 3 nights in a 2 bedroom. Do they still consider that "consecutive"?

Well you could try. However, I think the 7 nights policy is for a consecutive stay in the same room (same room type and same resort). This is my understanding of the policy.

No, different room types require a new and separate reservation. You would need to make two reservations at the appropriate time for each.

Agree with Doctor P.

For the example, you gave, you can't call for the the 2 bedroom until 11 months prior to the first night you want to stay in the 2 bedroom. As Doctor P posted, the 2 bedroom requires a new & separate reservation, so you can't just add 2 bedroom nights to a studio reservation.
